Description

*NEWS* Biolon is now available in ideal thickness of 0.625mm for aligners to complement the existing thicknesses of 0.5 & 0.75mm. All thicknesses of Biolon  is layered with a very thin insulation foil which helps to retain clarity after thermoforming.   Foil is removed once thermoforming is completed.
The new blank – 0.625mm – is supplied with a heating bar code for scanning with Drufomat scan and Drufosmart scan.  Existing blanks are already included in the scan program.
Biolon thermoforming blank, clear transparent. For the production of:
  • Orthodontic devices
  • Mouthguards
  • X-ray splints
  • Splint therapy
Biolon 0.5, 0.625, 0.75 mm is ideal for  aligners, the different thicknesses offer different degrees of alignment -soft , medium or hard and are suitable as retainers too.
Made of polyethylene Terephtalate including insulation foil for improved and endured transparency.
Characteristics: Visco plastic, clear transparent and bonds with acrylic.
