The additionally eligible nitrogen enviroment of PCU LED N2 ensures cured components without inhibition layer – for laboratory and medical devices.

Cures material under vacuum. You have the option to use protective Nitrogen gas which gets rid of the sticky inhibition layer, LED bulbs with an average working life of 20,000 hours, Average curing time for material is 8 mins, models cure in about 12 mins. Bulb lifespan equates to about 100,000 models before they need changing. Pre programmed for Dreve material curing but all progs adjustable
