Scheutz Tizian Zirconia Reinforced Composite Discs (98x16mm and 98x20mm)

This material combines the advantages of both zirconium dioxide and composite: High stability, excellent aesthetics, gentle on the opposing dentition and it can be veneered with composite.

INDICATIONS:

Permanent restorations

• Inlays, onlays, veneers, single crowns and small bridges up to 3 units. Suitable for patients with CMD & bruxism
• Long term temporaries (up to 2 years)
• For up to 16 unit bridges , tooth and implant supported

Open, CAD CAM Dry milled with composite burs

• Radiopaque
• Follows Bionic Principles
• In tandem with natural dentition, gentle on antagonist and TMJ
• Good biocompatibility – free of BisGMA, TEGDMA and Bisphenol A
• Quick & easy to finish with conventional Silicone polishers & Panadent Compoglaze paste
• Easy to repair
• E – Modulus similar to natural dentine (30 GPa)
• Vickers hardness 196 MPa, application of Dialog Vario Occusal increases this to 560 MPa
• Use as a Full contour restoration or for more aesthetic requirements, layer with Sebond Grip and Composite

TOOTH BONDING:

Prepare fitting surface by gently sandblasting (Up to 110um AL OX grit & 2 bars pressure) and apply composite adhesive bond liquid and cement
