Dreve Accessories for the Rapidshape 3D Printer by Rapidshape Dental

FotoDent CAST is a light-curing resin for the manufacturing of cauterization profiles for casting technology using 385 or 405 nm-LED-based DLP® systems. For obligatory post curing of FotoDent® cast built parts, the high performance light curing unit FotoDent Flash, PCU Evo and PCU 90 are recommended, which are optimal balanced to the manufacturing process. Properties: Colour: red-transparent, Density: 1.1–1.2 g cm-3, Viscosity: <0.3 Pa s.
Post curing time using PCU LED N2: Asiga 6 min 80% Light Power (Vacuum). Post Curing time using Fotodent Flash: 8 min + 1 min gas pre-flow. Asiga 10 min + 1 min gas pre-flow.

FotoDent® Biobased Model is a light-curing resin that consists of 50 percent renewable raw materials. The material properties are of course ideal for model production (also in Aligner workflow). FotoDent® biobased model can be cleaned with FotoClean.

Post curing time using PCU LED N₂ & Asiga MAX UV Pro 4K 12 minutes, 80% light power using nitrogen. Using Rapid Shape DII-series, D20+, D30+ 12minutes, 80% light output using nitrogen.
