The new Zirconia reinforced high-performance glass ceramic

Suprinity 2VITA SUPRINITY is a new generation of glass ceramic material. With the aid of an innovative manufacturing process, the glass ceramic is enriched with approximately 10% zirconia by weight, resulting in the world‘s first zirconia reinforced lithium silicate ceramic. The material features a special fine-grained, homogeneous structure that provides excellent material quality and consistency, high load capacity and long-term reliability. Moreover, the material also offers outstanding processing characteristics, including easy milling and polishing.

Thanks to a high degree of translucency, fluorescence and opalescence, VITA SUPRINITY provides excellent aesthetic properties.

Features and Benefits:

  • Excellent load capacity: Thanks to excellent mechanical load capacity, VITA SUPRINITY ensures high reliability and long-term clinical success
  • Outstanding reliability: Continuous load tests and a high Weibull modulus (an indicator of consistency) provides confidence that all VITA SUPRINITY restorations will be durable and provide a maximum level of reliability. Test data as a PDF download can be found at the bottom of this page.
  • Simple processing: VITA SUPRINITY features high firing stability and can be crystallised without using firing paste. Plus, the material can be easily reworked manually and polished.
  • Optimal precision: Compared to lithium disilicate ceramics, VITA SUPRINITY provides improved edge stability after milling with Sirona’s MC XL system.
  • High process reliability: Temperatures during the crystallization process that are slightly below or above the standard temperature do not have any significant influence on dimensional stability or mechanical properties.
  • Outstanding Aesthetics: Thanks to excellent translucency, fluorescence and opalescence, esthetically pleasing results can be achieved with VITA SUPRINITY. Plus, the natural play of colours can be easily enhanced with VITA VM11® veneering material.

VITA SUPRINITY can be used for a wide range of indications including anterior and posterior crowns, suprastructures on implants, veneers, inlays and onlays

Shades: Available in translucency levels HT (high translucent) and T (translucent) and in the VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER shade 0M1 and 7 VITA classical shades: A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B2, C2 and D2

Package with 5 pieces in size LS-14 (12 x 14 x 18 mm)

System compatibility:
VITA SUPRINITY can be processed with Sirona’s CEREC or inLab MC XL systems, software version 4.2 or higher.

Practices or laboratories with a Sirona milling system with a different system configuration can alternatively select lithium disilicate ceramic in the material menu for processing.
