Lip Clips are an accessory for an Apex Locator.  The circuit between the EPT instrument is closed when the lip clip is in contact with the patients lips, cheek or gingival. The lip clip can easily be placed under a patients rubber dam if necessary. Mucosal lip clip is used to complete the circuit.
